Rates Room rates are in US dollars. They are based on single or double occupancy and low or high season. Additional charges apply for additional people. Rates do not include a 9% hotel tax.

50% deposit of total booking is required to confirm a reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 45 days from arrival. A 9% hotel tax will be added to all reservations and is due with the final payment. |

Refunds *** All requests for refund must be made in writing *** Cancellations received by fax or e-mail 46 days prior to arrival date are refundable less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival date are subject to full forfeiture unless a replacement guest is found, in which case 80% of payment will be refunded. Note: If you are concerned about financial loss due to your late cancellation we recommend you purchase a travel insurance policy . One company is Travel Guard: (800)826-1300, or visit their website: www.travelguard.com. Note that trip insurance has to be purchased within 7 days of booking your trip in order to cover pre-existing medical conditions.
